RENO & CITY RIDING

Reno is getting more defined bike trails around town.  The Truckee River has a 12 mile scenic bike path from Chrissie Caughlin Park through Sparks.  Bikers are also common at the Sparks Marina, making the two mile loop.

There are other areas on different edges of town with plenty of trails to explore.

MOUNTAIN BIKING

If you’re looking to get out of the city and into the dirt or onto a trail, there are many options.  The Peavine Trail, north of downtown, has great views and a wide range of skill levels.  The Tahoe Rim Trail and Flume Trail both offer amazing views and world class mountain biking.

Reno Tahoe is also near mountain bike parks. During the summer months, ski resorts Northstar and Kirkwood downhill trails, accessed by the lifts.
